The Yellow Heifer Specials


APPETISERS:  Seared scallops with a seasame crust and chocolate dressing on a bed of buttered leeks.

FISH:  Crispy fried John Dory fillet, shallots, peas, mussel and salmon veloute served with sweet potato crisps and a choice of potato side.

MEAT:  Duo of lamb – lamb cutlet served on a bed of celeriac mash, oven baked lamb on wilted cream spinach, pan roasted shallots and drizzled brandy and redcurrant jus. Choice of potato side.

BEEF AND REEF:  8oz Ribeye steak grilled with sauté onions and Portabello mushroom with pan fried fillet of hake in a ginger and chilli butter, topped with roast scallop. Choice of potato side.
